			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looking for Personal Assistant with :</p>
<p>1) Responsible for managing the Director’s office efficiently and handling a variety of complex and<br />
confidential situations;</p>
<p>2) Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence in supporting the Director’s Office on a wide variety of complex issues;</p>
<p>3) Prepare the agendas, plan, organize and attend meetings as well as transcribing the minutes of meeting;</p>
<p>4) Arrange and schedule appointments, travel, hotel accommodations as well as updating calendars. This<br />
includes undertaking a full range of daily / weekly / monthly reminders and follow-up for routine and<br />
non-routine matters in progress;</p>
<p>5) Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff of all levels;</p>
<p>6) Execute and assume responsibility for a full range of routine and assigned administrative duties;</p>
<p>7) Maintain good order to all business correspondences, record and administrative facilities which include mail, fax distribution, filing / documents keeping;</p>

<p>9) Able to work during weekend</p>
<p>10) Posses own transport</p>
<p>11) Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environment<br />
with a high degree of confidentiality; </p>
<p>12) Meticulous, systematic and possess excellent communication and interaction skills at all times with strong sense of responsibility</p>
